I have a deep passion for helping people achieve great things, learn new things and do more than they could have thought possible. I have a passion for creating new and effective ways to propel businesses and their people. This desire is what lead to the vision of YGTG and many happy clients later, we are happy to continue on our mission.
Don has lead projects of all sorts. Coaching and guiding laborers, sports professionals and business teams through the years in different industries. He has experience with small family businesses, new start-up's, established and growing start-up's and Fortune 500 companies.

FUN FACT:
I love new experiences with great people. I'm an avid bike rider and completed my first century ride in 2015. My newest hobby has been mountain biking (yes, there are some great trails in Florida, too!)
VALUES, VISION AND PURPOSE:
Spot is passionate about all of the right things....tennis balls, bones and treats. When not preoccupied with any of his passions, he is committed to fulfilling his duties as office manager, making sure the office is always fully stocked with food and all team members are completely motivated.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Spot has serious fetch skills. His endurance and commitment is unmatched. Although he loves being outside, he's perfectly happy keeping everyone company and fulfilling his motivational duties.

FUN FACT:
Spot was adopted from the Humane Society when he was 8 weeks old and only 12 lbs. He was transferred from another shelter prior to arriving home. Nearly 3 years and 70 lbs. later, Spot is loving the beach life in Tampa, FL.
